Chicken Jalfrezi: Slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 fillets, add a little oil to a pan, sear chicken fillets for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Pour contents of jar over chicken, bring to a gentle simmer and cover. Cook gently for 17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, Serve on a bed of freshly prepared pilau or plain rice. Enjoy this dish with a little REAL NATURAL Mango chutney.
