Chicken Tikka Balti

Slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 fillets, add a little oil to a pan, sear chicken fillets for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Pour contents of Organic Tikka Balti jar over chicken, bring temperature up to a gentle simmer and cover. Simmer gently for 17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve both these dishes on a bed of freshly prepared pilau or plain rice. Enjoy with a little Real Natural Mango chutney.
