Chicken Tikka Balti: Slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 fillets, add a little oil to the pan, sear the chicken fillets for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Pour contents of Jar over chicken, bring the temperature up to a gentle simmer and cover. Simmer gently for 17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve on a bed of freshly prepared pilau or plain rice. Enjoy with a little of our Mango Chutney.
