Water*, Onions*, Tomatoes*, yoghurt*, Tomato Puree*, Sunflower Oil*, Sugar*, Cumin*, Sea Salt, Spices*, Ginger*, Garlic*, Skimmed Milk Powder*, Coriander Leaf*, Corn Flour*, Garam Masala*, Lactic Acid.
Chicken Korma: Slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 fillets, add a little oil to a pan, sear for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Pour contents of jar over chicken, bring temperature up to a gentle simmer and cover. Simmer gently for 17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Prawn Korma: Heat the sauce in a pan until simmering gently, add prawns and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve both these dishes on a bed of freshly prepared pilau or plain rice. Enjoy with a little REAL NATURAL Mango chutney.
