| FRAGRANT PRAWN CROSTINI | Set the taste buds tingling. Serve three canapé sized Crostini per person topped with tiger prawns cooked for just 3 or 4 minutes in fragrant REAL ORGANIC Yellow Thai Sauce and garnished with fresh coriander. To simply make the base of the crostini, brush bruschetta or sliced baguette with olive oil on both sides and gently grill until golden. Use a small pastry cutter (4 to 5 cm diameter) to cut out the individual crostini bases. Ideally use raw tiger prawns and add them to the Yellow Thai sauce which has already been brought to a gentle simmer. Continue heating gently until the prawns become pink. Place one or two prawns on each crostini with a little sauce, garnish with fresh coriander and serve. |

SICILIAN CHORIZO & OLIVE FUSILLI  |
The Italians know a thing or two about romance! This simple dish is full of rich flavours. Sauté a roughly chopped red onion in a little olive oil, then add a handful of chopped chorizo sausage, continuing to cook gently for another 5 minutes. Add a jar of REAL ORGANIC Sicilian Tomato and Olive Pasta Sauce and bring to a steady simmer before stirring in 30g fresh baby spinach leaves. Meanwhile, cook some fusilli until al dente, drain and stir in the sauce / chorizo / spinach. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese. |

Indulge in a little luxury. Spoil him with this Creamy Summer Fruit Fool. Lightly whip a small carton of double cream with a tablespoon of sifted icing sugar until just starting to thicken. Gently stir in a small carton of Greek yoghurt, some meringues broken into small pieces and 3 tablespoons of REAL ORGANIC Summer Fruit Conserve to give a marbled effect. Spoon into glasses and chill before serving. |
