| Brighten up the dark evenings and create a fabulously easy Indian feast to share with friends in relaxed style. Treat them to Tiger Prawn Tikka Balti, Aubergine and Red Onion Rogan Josh and fragrant, creamy Chicken Korma. | TIGER PRWN TIKKA BALTI | Heat a jar of Real Organic Tikka Balti sauce until simmering, add 200g of raw tiger prawns and cook gently for a few minutes until pink. |

CHICKEN KORMA with fresh organic chicken breasts (Cooking time – 20 minutes) |

AUBERGINE AND RED ONION ROGAN JOSH (Cooking time – 40 minutes) |
Roughly chop two medium aubergines and a large red onion. Toss with olive oil and roast at 200°C for 30 minutes. Add a jar of Real Organic Rogan Josh sauce to the hot roasted vegetables and heat through. |

MANGO CHUTNEY |
Serve some spicy, zingy Real Natural Mango Chutney made with aromatic fresh ginger and cumin – its wonderfully cooling and compliments the spicy curry dishes excellently. |

RAITA |
Simply combine a large tub of natural yoghurt with finely chopped cucumber and fresh mint. Serve chilled in a pretty bowl. |

CITRUS YOGHURT DESSERT |
Stir 4 tablespoonfuls of Real Organic Seville Orange Marmalade into 500g Greek yoghurt, spoon into glasses or small bowls and top with grated orange zest for a cooling dessert with a great orange hit. |

ROASTED VEGETABLE TIKKA BALTI CURRY |
Roast peeled and roughly chopped sweet potato, butternut squash and courgette for 30 minutes or until starting to brown. Add to hot Real Organic Tikka Balti sauce, stir and serve. |

SPICY FISH CURRY |
Heat a jar of Real Organic Jalfrezi sauce until simmering then add skinned fillets of fresh fish such as cod, cut into cubes, and cook gently for 10 minutes in a hot oven until the fish is cooked. Serve, topped with a spoon of natural yoghurt and chopped fresh coriander leaves. |

CHICKEN JALFREZI |
Effortlessly made – slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 fillets and sear in a hot pan with a little oil for 2 minutes on each side. Add the Real Organic Jalfrezi sauce and gently simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. |
