- dairy free except Korma and Tikka Balti sauces
- suitable for vegetarians.
- suitable for vegans, except Korma and Tikka Balti sauces
Sugar content
- Our Arrabbiatta and Sicilian Tomato & Olive Pasta sauces have no added sugar. Other sauces have a very small amount of sugar added
- Our conserves are low in sugar (total sugar only 45g/100g conserve); our chutneys are also lower in sugar than most chutneys
Fat content
- Our Jalfrezi and Rogan Josh Indian Cooks sauces are very low in fat – all below 1.1g per 100g of sauce and with saturates of only 0.1g/100g of sauce)
- Our Arrabbiata, Tomato Pepper & Herb pasta sauces are also very low in fat –3.1g per 100g of sauce and with saturates below 0.5g/100g of sauce)
